★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserable experience getting new contacts. Doctor prescribed new contacts and I had to return for 3 separate visits to get the prescription right. I'm still not convinced my eyes were measured properly but have wasted enough time and money to recognize this is an utter lack of care and poor customer service. Each appointment was less than 8 minutes long -certainly did little to assure me of attention to detail and thoroughness. Totally disappointed that such a crucial service is being delivered so poorly and at such a high cost. This is the first time I realized that some optometrist's are better than others. I will not make the mistake of going back to this one.
