A	A. T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY! Doesn't deserve even one star, they don't have minus 10 start here unfortunately. Totally unreliable and unprofessional owner (name Sheriff)! Stay away if you value your time and money. I lost a lot of both because of him. He made me take apart a stackable washer/dryer machine promising to fix the motor unit if I bring it to the shop. I brought the unit next day as we agreed and he just sent me away pretending he was 'too busy' doing some other work and saying that taking care of my thing is too complicated! He refused either to make an appointment for me on a any later date or accept the unit to work on it later. So after all I had to contact another guy. BE WARNED, AVOID SHERIFF!

In an Appliance market where everyone else seems to be grossly over-charging, this shop was VERY reasonable and saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Stay away from online shops that will charge you $7.00 for a single screw. Go to the Appliance Specialist and get treated like a human being. Ask for Sheriff and you won't be disappointed. He really went above and beyond for me.

I ended purchasing a second appliance from him shortly after because I had such a good first experience. I would recommend him to anyone in the neighbourhood who wanted to go with a smaller retailer to support local economy.

The store is clean, and has good quality used appliances. The customer service is 5-star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The owner, Sharif, is honest, with great business ethics. He cares about every step of the sale, all the way to the last step of getting the product ready for delivery.

I guess I want sure what to expect but Crystal was very pleasant to work with, provided photos, invoice and next day delivery. As a landlord of multiple duplexes, I am very satisfied and will return when new set is needed. Glad to see this in the Junction
