★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We forgot our masks yesterday (got In trouble but didn’t have any masks to give out) , and as my family and I walked through the store the entire staff shook their heads at us. The lady at the till didn’t say a word to me as we still purchased something from the store. I’m sure many people forget a mask, and feel like they shouldn’t be discriminated for that. Won’t be going back, and if you value quality customer service I recommend you don’t either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've shopped at this store many times. I love the bargains.. However I cannot wear a mask due to respiratory issues so I don't wear one. I've been in this store many time maskless without an issue. On December 9th I went 8n there , was told to put on a mask or get out. I explained my medical issue and was denied access anyways..I don't think any employees there have their medical degree. So they shouldn't be telling people what to wear on their bodies.. we live in a free society..Nobody has the right to tell me what to do..p.s. masks AR harmful... take them off and wake up.. And for the employees at restore.... grow up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restore has some of the biggest surprises on town. Since Medicine Hat is one of the most giving communities I've ever seen, Restores previously loved goods can yield you treasure.
Many ppl buy stuff from here and do resell them since they are quality things. I'm not sure if Hatters do this but I'm sure they do.
