★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a couple of full opening closet doors. Closet door was to tight so needed them trimed down a little. Staff and carpenter where very helpful and friendly. Was in the back while carpenter trimed the doors. Tha manager came back and approached me. He was very rude and forceful that customers were not allowed in the back. Very poor customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in hoping to buy flooring for a Reno.. as soon as I walked in I noticed that one female employee was completely out of it looked as if she was on something.. the guy who ended up helping me was very helpful and new what he was talking about. I didn't end up buying anything... all the other employees looked normal and were very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the nicest Windsor Plywood that I have ever been to. Clean, modern, and with some amazing selection including exotic woods. The sales people are friendly, professional, and patient. Their prices on power tools aren't always the best, but everything else is reasonable. I love when they have sales on exotic woods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have loved going to this store since moving here just over 20 years ago, but the pink-haired brat who prefers to talk around her water bottle, wishing I wasn’t even there, who did not even know what a dado was (and couldn’t care less) yet managed to convey that they charged $100/hour multiple times with increasing exasperation because somehow this wasn’t fazing me...well she changed all that in a matter of minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. I believe in supporting local businesses but once again I have to go to Lethbridge to get my cherry and walnut shorts. The bad thing is I have to buy a good supply to make my trip worth while.
So our store losses out again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for white oak. The lady on the floor was trying to be helpful but when she asked a coworker behind a desk for input he was dismissive and downright rude to both of us. Personally I think he has very limited knowledge of product and hides it with a poor attitude towards customer service. Don’t waste your time.
