★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in today to witness staff berate customers in the store. One in a wheelchair, wearing a mask, the one pushing, not wearing a mask. Staff continued to follow them around and harass the woman not wearing a mask. I overheard her say she has an exemption to which they replied, “we don’t allow exemptions.” Then told them both to leave. Also, if I might add, this store is not wheelchair friendly whatsoever.
If you guys are following the mandate, as it even says on the GOVERNMENT mandate sign that every store has in their window, it clearly says to be respectful to those who have exemptions. It’s ridiculous you guys did this considering the mask mandate is dropping in 2 days. Today is not safe to be maskless, but on Monday it will be!! Make it make sense. Disgusted and will never shop here again and will make sure my friends and family won’t as well.

I will always support it . I go often anyway because I think what they do is awesome!

Always clean and organized and I find the prices fair and reasonable.
Have been going to this location a long time and have recommended it many times to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant say enough good about this store! Sarah, Alex, Celine, Andrew what a great group of people! All through the craziness of the past 2yrs these dedicated folks have been there, always happy to see you with a warm greeting, even though Im sure their day is filled with difficult people! This store is a credit to what Habitat is trying to accomplish! Well done gang! I recommend everyone stop by and take a minute to say hello to the many wonderful volunteer staff who make this store such a success! Thank you all so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a number of items at this store today, including a piece of furniture for pick up in 48 hours where I provided the store with my contact information. After the lady at the cash register rang me up and I had paid, she asked another staff member to pack/wrap them up. After several minutes, I was handed two boxes to take away which I trusted to include ALL my purchased stuff. Once I got home and unloaded the car, I noticed that two of the items that I had paid for were not included in the boxes. What's upsetting is that the staff never contacted me to let me know that some of my items were left behind which should have been obvious to them as not having been packed and left on the cashier's side of the counter.
Not cool and not right. I feel ripped off.
Buyers of multiple items beware and check your packed up purchases to make sure you're leaving the store with all the items you paid for and nothing was left behind by the staff who packed them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection and a huge variety of furniture, parts, paint, light fixtures, flooring, even clothing and supplies. Worth visiting and checking back regularly. Loading of furniture was quick and easy and staff were super polite and helpful. Parking is limited at times but well worth it.

I am always inspired after my trips bc I never know what to expect or what treasures I’m going to leave with, or find nothing at all. That is the beauty of the restore.
Staff are friendly and honest. Yes, some items may be over priced but if that’s the case all you have to do is ask why. 9/10 times you’ll get an answer.
As someone who has worked in retail, the amount of heckling customers and those with fraudulent intentions walk through the door, I commend the employees for their patience and resilience.
Knowing I’m giving back to my community and sustainability loving makes the price tag worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very supportive of the Burlington ReStore, I like that there is a place to purchase gently used items at a fraction of the retail cost and most importantly a place to promote recycling of furniture and items that would have gone directly to the landfill/dump. I have purchased lamps, dressers, small side tables, dishes, pet bed, and books.
I also want to mention the helpful staff and volunteers. Always ready to answer a question and ready to help me load purchases into my car.
My expectations of this not-for-profit, give back to the community, kind of store is not the same as if I went to Lowe's, where the staff are trained and paid to know the answers to your questions within their department.
I have not had a negative experience at the Burlington ReStore, my expectations are reasonable and I am grateful for having such a good idea place in my community. Keep up the good work, see you again soon.
