★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my stove stopped working and needed it replaced immediately, my friend told me about KJN home appliances, so I decided to check them out. picked up a stove on the spot for a great price and the staff there were very helpful with helping me load the stove onto to my truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quoted $50.00 for delivery then it changed to $60.00 I told the owner he quoted me $50.00. so he changed the cost back.
The washing machine we got shakes really bad we have to put wooden planks underneath it. Really noisy moves around and does not spin dry clothes properly. Ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to service my dryer just to check if everything was okay since it was a bit noisy. They guy took the entire dryer apart and put it back. Charged me 150 for that. And the next day my FULLY PROPERLY FUNCTIONING dryer - BROKE! IT'S NOT WORKING NOW. BEWARE OF SIVA! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly parents bought a fridge here during the pandemic and the owner assured them that there is a 3 month exchange policy. The fridge they bought does not work properly. The fridge section is too cold and freezes all vegetables/milk. I contacted them within the first month and they told me to try all the temperature settings. I've tried all and the fridge still freezes everything. Now when my parents tried to exchange the fridge the owners say they don't allow exchanges. So my elderly parents have lost their money and are stuck with a broken fridge. KJN are crooks. Save your money and buy your appliances elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 technician came by to service my elderly mothers dryer. It was fully functional. I just wanted to make sure everything was working fine. He charged her $150. Be pulled everything apart and didn't even clean up.
When I complained, a guy named Shiva (I think the owner came by). He messed the dryer up completely and it doesnt work anymore.
Also - just reminding you that they dont give invoices for the services they provide. A bit sketchy dont you think?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested them to fix my dryer which was making a noise. They charged $50 for inspection. 1 wheel needed lubrication. They charged me $150 just for that. Within a week my dryer broke again. Called them again for service. No answer. They refused to do anything about it. They also refused to give me an invoice as they were improperly receiving subsidies from the government claiming low sales and false claims. Stay away from that crook siva and his uneducated men!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE: 1st got this cockroach infested fridge. Took a month to chase down the unethical shady business owner. Replaced after the cockroach spread in the house.
2nd fridge not working for 3 weeks now. Getting run around from him and his family.
FYI: this a unethical shady family run business. Everyone here is trained to lie and cheat. You will see Shivas daughter in the shop who will say “we have a warehouse full of appliances elsewhere. so we are able to replace your appliance within a week if needed”. “Let me talk to my boss” which is his dad. “Let me talk to the technician for availability” again his dad. Her dad the ultimate scam artist mr shiva will then give you run around until 90 days replacement/repair policy is over. We ended up losing more money then buying new appliances at the end. But we will pursue this to court if needed. Spreading roaches and fraudulent promises are not nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this place as I now have two negative experiences with K J N Appliances. They are unethical and only seem to want to make a quick buck and don't care about the customer. I bought a used refrigerator which I had to scrap a few months later as it stopped functioning. Also used them to repair a laundry appliance, and supposedly a "refurbished" service part was used but malfunctioned within hours of installation. I asked them to come take a look, and they refused citing Covid as an excuse as said that I should buy a new laundry appliance as the bearings were probably bad. I fought for a another used service part which I then replaced my self and the laundry appliance is working fine. I would recommend to go to another shop who specialize in used appliances and appliance repair.
