★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service experience. Initial front door install was sloppy. They sized it incorrectly and had to take it away, put in a temporary door and then reinstall which took a number of weeks. Door was then scratched and needed to be re-painted.
A couple of years later the door frame started to pull back from the door exposing a crack on either side. Placed multiple calls and emails into Greatview Windows and Doors and they were unbelievably unresponsive and then outright aggressive with their response. They kept committing to getting it fixed on a particular week, nothing would happen and would act like they had never heard from me when I would call again and again. It is still not fixed to this day.
Highly, highly recommend not using Greatview Windows and Doors. Spend a bit more money and use a dealer who understands very basic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To his credit, Rui has years of experience installing windows, however, that doesn't say much about the overall quality of his work. He was not on time once during or any time after the installation process - when it came to things that needed to be fixed or adjusted. I trusted his judgement early on but realized later that his choice not to wrap the window sills with blue skin was out of laziness. The door sweeps were installed incorrectly and water leaked through the bottom of every door and damaged our hardwood floors. One of our windows had a crack in it, which he said was not uncommon and he would replace it. It's been 2 years and it still has not been done. He stopped answering my calls and texts and was only reachable if I used a different phone. When my wife finally got a hold of him he hung up on her. He has a remarkable repertoire of lies to fall back on for excuses about why he couldn't be there. He can also be hot headed and temperamental.
It's almost surprising he's still in business.
