★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrey was professional and informative. He helped us understand what we were getting and what options we had. We are replacing our 30+ year old windows and doors. He was patient with us as it took us a few months to make this costly commitment. we are very excited about getting our new window and doors replaced and finally be able to have functioning ones instead. Andrey was polite, punctual and responsive. We appreciate him coming to see us and would recommend him to our friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am fairly new homeowner and not very experienced with completing many home improvement projects. I had a consultation with Vincent and he was very personable and gave me lots of information on windows and doors that I needed to make an informed decision regarding my project. He made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Once the final measurements were completed, he made sure to go over any of the changes to my install that needed to happen. I am looking forward to having my windows and doors installed later this summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Denys to order replacements for all of our windows and doors. He was exceptional at providing information on what all of our options were and we were happy to be able to see what different layouts and styles we could choose from first hand in their showroom. We live out of town, and he drove out for our initial meeting and was very timely and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and informative about their products and was able to answer every question we had without hesitation. As well we didn't feel pressured with our purchase. He provided valuable input on configurations that worked best for our needs and made us aware of things we hadn't considered. He worked hard to get us the best possible pricing. All in all a 10/10 experience, would highly recommend.

Upon seeing my no so flattering review, I received calls from window mart wanting to make things right. So the installation manager made an appointment to come over and see why they had such an unhappy customer.
He was very apologetic on behalf of the company, took lots of pictures and made a list of things they needed to fix so they could come up with a game plan. Including the door casings, a window seal needed to replaced, door hinges to replace, siding that was left hanging and the fact that the front door was leaking water from the window. Among other things.
We get scheduled for the 16th. We received a phone call to confirm our new appointment for the 25th. Ended up arguing with the scheduling lady. She insists she is correct, in fact has our previous phone call recorded. She was annoyed. So we request she go and listen to the recording and get back to us. She calls back several minutes later, apologizes, confirms that we were indeed scheduled for the 16th.
I got a phone call and an email the morning of the 16th because they're canceling on me. AGAIN. For the FOURTH time. Certain we were double booked on the 16th due to the amount of arguing over the date.
Needless to say, at this point even less then impressed. We get scheduled in for the day she had called to incorrectly confirm the week before.
If you want to keep booking days off of work to accommodate a company who has zero respect for your time, this is definitely the company for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole Window Mart team is amazing to deal with. They provide prompt service, and everyone I have dealt with is extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace their windows and doors. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, installation department is friendly, service department is quick to deal with any concerns and all the installers are standout. They also have a beautiful showroom if you are curious to see what the products look like before making any decisions. 1000/10 they are the best when it comes to window and door replacements!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Window Mart for my windows 3 different times, and each time both the sales staff and the installation team were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The installation staff do not leave the job until they have reviewed the work with you and confirmed your satisfaction. They will address any concerns you have immediately if possible. If there are any subsequent issues with the windows (which I haven't had any after 2 years), they will come and work with you to address the issues within the 25 year warranty. My only complaint, that I don't think warrants dropping to 4 stars, is that they are not always proactive in giving you updates on the delivery date. If something slips with the factory before your estimated installation date, you won't find out unless you call Window Mart for an update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just before Covid hit we were in need of new windows and doors. Andrey Djumayev came to our home and inspected our doors and windows. We did make an order for new doors and windows. One side window include a bay window to be built. The installers did a fantastic job! The professionalism start to finish was amazing! This last winter, 2021-22 one of the windows cracked. I called the office, took a picture and a warranty process was started. The window was repaired a couple weeks ago. Wow!
My wife loves her new bay window for her plants, we love our new specialty back garden door!
Do not hesitate to call Window Mart, you will be more than satisfied. Thank you Window Mart and the whole team!
