Danny worked with us to make sure that we received exactly what we wanted for the windows and doors at our new home. Danny was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. We would recommend anyone in the market for windows and doors get ahold of Danny and the Durabuilt team!

Ordered windows, was given a 4-6 week window, this was beginning of feb, reasonable given current market conditions. Today is March 22, so 7 weeks. Call today to see if I can pick up the windows at the reseller on Friday. He was surprised they had not come in, so inquired. Apparently some components are on back order, will be another 4 weeks and their new "best guess" is end of April, which is in fact more than 5 weeks. I work in an industry where wait times can be up to 47 weeks, so am not unaccustomed to issues leading to long wait times. What I am struggling with here is their absolute utter disregard and lack of recognizance of the issue and communicating to me or the reseller. This is not a last minute item, windows are completely custom, so any issue surely didn't show up a week after promised delivery, it was known in advance, they simply chose not to tell people. If indeed a company this size only realized there will be a 4 week delay after the original 4-6 weeks turned 7 weeks delivery date then I'm not sure how they even keep the doors open. Had I been informed at say week 3 or 4, I could have said ok I can wait, or simply cancelled and got from another vendor. But at what is now going to be 12 weeks for a best guess I am screwed on schedule, and in a damned if you do damned if you don't situation. Take your money elsewhere, All Weather has a longer lead time, but at least they deliver, and the odd time something screws up they inform you. I wish I had read the reviews first.

If I could give less then one star I would. We had our windows installed by them in 2018. We now have two windows with multiple cracks resulting in more then 1200$ in replacement costs. If your going to spend thousands on windows today, only to have to replace them less then 4 years down the road cause they are breaking. I'd look for a more reliable product and more reliable company.

My wife and I went to Durabuilt to look at windows for our upcoming build. After first looking at the displays of windows, Henny came and filled in all of the details regarding quality, build, options, etc. We left feeling that we had just received one of the best customer service experiences that we've had. We would recommend Durabuilt to anyone and everyone!

I have four windows and two doors from durabuilt. They look good and seem to be high quality... but I just had them installed a few years ago and already two of the windows are broken. One doesn't close properly and the lock is broken on another. Unfortunately I can't recommend them, which is too bad, because the salesman and installation both seemed to be good.

Glen and his team arrived right on time, completed the work in less time than estimated, left the work area clean and tidier than when they arrived...and did it all with a smile! Our windows and door are exactly what we had hoped for. Special thanks to Steve Roy who was our first contact and stayed with us from beginning to end ensuring success. Great customer service...and we love the results.

Stay away from this company at all cost, unless you want headache. I had 8 windows replaced by the company, which cost me over $10,000 (triple pane). There were several problems. - A large window was made 2” short due to installer measurement error. The installer put in the wrong-sized window and attempted to cover it up. I had to insist that the company replace it with the right-sized window. The company reluctantly did so after several months. - Another window is too short on the inside, the same installer put in a quarter rounder on the bottom to fill the gap. It is obvious and looks bad. (See pictures of the problem and with the adjacent original windows.) When other window companies saw that, they pretty much laughed at it. - Two other windows failed (fogged up) within 2 years post installation. The company attempted to charge me for the labour costs to replace the window panes. - There were other countless issues and unprofessionalism, e.g. once you pass the initial customer service team, phone calls and emails are not returned timely. To this date, the company refuses to do ANYTHING about the second problem. What is considered sub-standard work by other window companies is determined by DuraBuilt’s senior managers as β€œno defects were identified”. DuraBuilt’s senior managers take no responsibility for the work done by its installer, and do not even attempt to make things right. It tells me that this company has incredibly low standard. Take my advice, stay away from this company.

Durabuilt windows was called to my home to replace a large window with a small dent in the corner of the glass. They arrived quickly! Steve & Danny were both professional and courteous. They took care and attention to not damage my home with the large glass and when leaning the glass against my wall for a short while to clean and remove the manufacture sticker, they protected my wall with a towel so it wouldn’t receive a scratch. Very impressed. Steve & Danny were respectful enough to even remove their shoes coming inside while hauling that heavy glass inside. Thanks Durabuilt Windows & Doors for the exceptional customer service!
