Would call back for another project, Greg was a big help in picking out what was best for each room without us knowing much about anything about windows. He explained all the specs to us step by step, super patient, great customer service.

Our sales rep, Rick, was great in helping us find the best models and specs for our home with 5 awning windows for the bathrooms, casement windows for the kitchen and bedrooms and bay and bow windows for the living and dining rooms! Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales and installation crew were both friendly and easy to work with. Rick was a big help in picking out the best windows for each room and explaining the list of pros and cons. Usually, we had problems with home reno companies in the past but Rick always made sure to never leave us in the dark and bring us daily updates on the project. Ended up replacing 25 windows in total, looks great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service throughout the process! Canadian Choice Windows was recommended by friends, including ones who work in construction. They were quick to get someone out to my house to look at my windows. The new windows we got were a significant upgrade and we are very happy with the product and service Canadian Choice provided. They installed seven new windows and a Phantom screen for our back door. I would definitely recommend this group of professionals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review out of desperation to hopefully get my job completed and for someone to take this issue seriously. I had $10 000 worth of windows installed in the beginning of August and 4 windows were missing casings that had not come with the order. I was told that this issue would be rectified ASAP and was understanding of this. However, it has now been 2.5 months of me having to call and email almost daily to get updates on the status of the casings and nobody can tell me when they will be in or why it is taking so long to make 16 pieces of plastic. Even the service manager seems shocked that it has taken so long. My project manager has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. He has been completely unhelpful since we paid so it is obvious he only cares about making a sale and not taking care of his customers who have already paid. I have also asked numerous times over the past month to speak to the CEO or someone higher up in the company so that I can get this matter taken of, but have yet to hear anything. I don't think anyone would be happy with having to look at these ugly unfinished windows in a newly renovated house for over 2 months. I expect contact from someone else in the company to tell me when my casings will be in and what they are doing to make sure it is done ASAP and not just the vague and unhelpful updates that I have been receiving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had new windows installed by Canadian Choice. Everyone was friendly and helpful the receptionist, the salesman and the installers. They came when the said they would, did a great job and cleaned up everything after they left. Great windows reasonably priced, installed efficiently and carefully, and a great lifetime warranty. Also, it was so nice not to experience a pressure sale! Would gladly recommend them to anyone needing this service in the future.
