I signed up when B.C. still had the harmonized sales tax, HST. And half way throughout my membership it was reversed to the GST/PST system. Apollo kept taking the same amount of money out of my account, basically robbed me of 7% tax. When I complained I was told, and they openly admitted, that their accountant made a mistake for almost 2000 clients ... The way my complaint was handled was unprofessional, the manager met me with resistance after their mistake and I was disgusted by his lack of management skills and passion for business and customer excellence. It was not so much about the location or facilities itself, but rather about the employees that work and manage this place. I have not been back in years, and I won't. And I won't say a single good word about this place.

Front desk, management and their trainers have a poor attitude and conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner. I recommend you take your money elsewhere and sign up at a better gym. The management is resistant towards your concerns. They do not want to speak to you, they do not care about their clients.
A	Average Canuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend to anyone not to conduct business with this venue. I had frozen my membership since I was going to be leaving the country for a few months. Apollo billed me for two months and when I got back I explained to them I have frozen my membership. They refused to refund my money, so I decided to cancel. I signed up with another gym in Abbotsford, a few months later I have noticed Apollo was still billing me. I called them and explain I had to cancel my services 3 months ago. The manger in refused to refund my money because there was no proof of cancellation. I had left the owners and his son some messages and got no reply. Terrible business!!
A	Avi Verma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dingy old building with renovations going on. To enter the pool you have to take shower downstairs in changing room then take stairs walk half naked from gym to pool. Gym equipment is new and good but pool is too small with no diving board/waves. Girl working at front desk is helpful and friendly. They give you one week free trial which is good but again Considering the price i would prefer matsqui recreation centre or some other gym.

Chloe Peters to be exact will be a reasoning behind me and 4 other people who currently use Apollo for our gym will be be now cancelling our membership. I very strongly advise Management to review her as a front desk agent.
