The architecture is really cool and there are some innovative ideas in the structure but the skill of the construction team fell short of what this building deserved. All of the areas are open and spacious including the washrooms and offices. The staircase is wide and beautiful, offering views of the main lobby from every level. So what's missing? Adult sized toilets, for one, even the handicapped stall has a child size toilet. Waterproof rooftops, automatic doors at ALL ENTRANCES for handicapped persons should be standard for any facility this large. It would even benefit guests just hauling gigantic hockey bags.
L	Lauren Greenwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious and very well maintained and there are all sorts of amenities right there so you don’t have to leave for anything if you plan on watching a game or staying a while. The location it’s in theres really nothing around so it’s nice to have a place to use an atm or get a coffee.

The guy running the league has no clue what he's doing.. I wish there was another choice I'd never play another game in this hockey League absolute trash...

C	Cara Dick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough establishment. The west rink is older and outdated. Seating is not good. And it is so freezing cold as an observer. Aldergrove arena in comparison is 10x better. It's just way too cold. Colder than it should be. Seats have no backings. It's a bit of a downgrade from the aldergrove arena. However staff are helpful and it is a nice facility. They may just need to update heat lamp situation and better seating. Even my child who was physically active moving on the ice was freezing.
K	Kimberlee Globe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work here, and when Randy ran the place it was great. Now that Deborah is in charge it’s an absolute gong show. She has no idea what she’s doing, she treats the staff/ “contractors” like absolute trash. I’ve been there for 6 years and she let me go for absolutely no reason. I always took peoples scorekeeping shifts and made sure games were always covered. She is absolutely awful and the owners are terrible aswell. You tell them about an issue and they just cover it with some paint instead of actually fixing the issue, throughout the winter we had so many pipes burst during games, there was holes in the ice which made it unsafe for players and Deborah would just tell us to continue to games when it was literally raining inside the arena. They pay is awful, she calls you an independent contractor but then when you tell them the price you’d like to charge which is within reason she basically says nope I’m paying you this. She argues about everything and has to be right even when she’s in the complete wrong. Do not recommend this arena!! It’s AWFUL
