★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude costumer service employee during purchasing family tickets for skating in this Maple Ridge planet ice arena. When I asked the lady that I would like to talk to the manager she replied I am the manager! Shame on her for treating people this way. And the best part was after I asked for a family ticket she charged our 5,8 and 10 year old children as teenagers! Did not notice that so I am coming back for refund and full apology and hope the same person will be there since it is all about people in this world and how we treat and help each other not to hate each other for no reason! No thank you, no see you later reply when we were leaving either... Just sad experience! Wish you all a better one :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Floor at lobby is very dirty. Floor lobby waiting are with benches provided. Pretty crowded and noisy. Kids programs available here. Employees are basically nice and friendly. Free parking lot available. Small shops and couple vending machines are available. Public restrooms available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 rings to play hockey, skate and play curling. Small, but friendly place. They offer skates and helmet rentals. Restaurant upstairs and quick junkfood/snacks corner at the main entrance. Not bad, but nothing impressive either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called over 6 times, still no answer. What is the point of having a phone if your employee's dont answer the calls? And this phone number is also the same as the bar and grill so good luck with trying to contact any of them. They are not on top of their responsibilities as an employee as they are just ignoring potential customers that are calling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a great day to get the blades on. It had been many years since i was on the ice, as well as my girl. I still have my relic blades, but my girl needed to be fitted. She tried figure skates, but after a few laps opted for hockey skates.The staff were friendly and very helpful, and she was right back out on the ice. Great day.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arena is what you expect from planet ice . Cold ! . The heaters works but only if you are standing on the bench . The cafeteria lady gave me burnt mini donuts. Refs are very one sided on the games . Not just me but I have notice that on a lots of different games and leagues complaining about it .
