S	S J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible ice; these guys should be shut down permanently until they learn how to properly maintain their ice. I've never seen so many skaters dangerously get flipped and slammed on the ice because their skates catch deep and dangerous groves that were not properly fixed. Sometimes even the boards are coming apart and jerseys would get caught on nails or plastic ends sticking out. Worse place I've ever played and refereed hockey.

N	Noel G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I exited change room #1 with my son (20 feet from the building exit door), I forgot to put his mask back on. There happened to be an old man (an employee of some sort) disinfecting surfaces near the door. He rudely stopped us, and demanded I put a mask on my son. I apologized to him for forgetting, and mentioned I will remember next time, and asked if we could just quickly exit now since we were standing 3 yards from the door. He rudely told me again to put my son's mask on. All while he was standing less than 2 meters from us. I don't understand why this old senior couldn't have asked me nicely. People make mistakes. He himself violated covid19 protocol by coming within 2 meters from us. Give me a break grandpa. This is the second unfortunate incident I've had here. The first time was last year when I sent an email to management asking why one of their heaters was not working. I got no response. After hearing this is common practice at this arena, I emailed again after a couple weeks and I threatened to file formal complaints and go to the media. I then immediately got a response. Apparently they have some lame excuse for not repairing their heaters. Also the Moonrock Cafe charges a lot for small fries... $5.50 for the fries you see in the picture. On the positive side, they do a good job of enforcing COVID-19 safety requirements.
T	Thomas Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure who’s in charge besides a couple of teenagers or who does the interviews for their customer service desk but when I was in this faculty I seen a large lack of discipline. After being interviewed and asked questions that don’t apply to the position I had the pleasure of multiple staff members walking in abruptly during the interview. This was the most unprofessional interview I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing for a job I didn’t even need. I was just looking to fill some hours but by wasting my time you showed me I wasn’t missing out on anything the business had to offer. Oh and the staff say the worst thing about working there is “the hockey parents”. Great to know the staff support the main revenue of the industry.
