Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process.

When some other consultant wasted my 2 months ( not answering phone calls and no guidance) , finally I came across Karm and she files my case within a week. Really impressed by the service.
