They are personal , knowledgeable and super efficient.

They know us by name and do the leg work to get our refills so we don’t have to. They even stay open late on occasion so my husband can pick up his prescription after work. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was notified of a data breach by this pharmacy in February of 2022 for an incident that happened in 2021. They stored unencrypted backups of sensitive client information on a flash drive that was stolen.
After inquiring for more details through the email they provided in the breach notice, I got no reply. I urge anyone considering trusting their information with the Townline IDA pharmacy to seriously reconsider their choice.
