I came to Judy to lose a bit of extra weight after a little too much indulgence. What I got was not only a great program but a lot of information about nutrition that I wasn't aware of and it was a huge game changer for me. Now, after having my baby, I've been able to use that knowledge to get back into shape. Huge thanks!

I have been with JD fitness for over a year, and what a year it has been! If you are looking to lose weight and/or get in better shape this is a great place to start and like myself you probably won’t want to leave. Judy and Dwayne humbly open up their home and crack down on creating a healthier, happier you. Judy digs deep and pushes you to complete work outs you never thought you could survive. Her creativity in each work out never leaves you bored, however she is known to kick your @$$ time and time again perfecting your form and ensuring your body is fully taken care of with pre/after workout stretches. I have used gyms & classes previously but nothing compares to JD fitness. Do yourself a favour and call JD fitness today! The only thing you have to lose .. is the unwanted insecurities you have now.

I first met Judy in 2016. My posture was poor and I was very out of shape, which was making it hard to accomplish any sort of mainstream work out. Judy was the perfect choice of trainer. Her beautiful gym provided the private atmosphere I was looking for. Judy is very gracious and understanding. I felt very encouraged after even just the first session. She has been able to put together routines for me that brought all the weak areas up to speed without overwhelming me. She is very knowledgeable and recommended modifications off the top of her head whenever we hit on an exercise that caused pain. The results have been quick for me and I'm so happy. It is wonderful to be able to do things pain-free that I couldn't handle when I first came to her. Being a mom of 4, time isn't something I have a lot of but she was still able to work around that AND come up with work outs that I could do at home. It turns that this whole working out/seeing results thing is rather addicting! I have more energy, better shape, better strength, and I don't wake up with a sore back anymore. I highly recommend JD Fitness!!

I first met with Judy Jones in June of 2018, and was immediately drawn to her kind positive demeanor. I was wanting the help of a Personal Trainer to hold me accountable, to help me lose some weight, build muscle, and inspire me to make positive healthy change. In 6 months, Judy completely transformed my body. Her knowledge, coaching and support helped me reach every one of my goals. Today, I love my body. I love what i see in the mirror. I have confidence. I feel great! And i owe that to JD Fitness.

I started seeing Judy in Spring 2019 as I felt like my body was not as strong as it could be. Judy was quick to diagnose a balance issue and geared my workouts too that....after a few months she noticed that it wasn't coming along as fast as it should be, with that she recommended a visit to a physiotherapist she uses...the physio diagnosed a calf issue not the ankle issue that I thought to be the problem...so I applaud Judy and her team for getting to the root of my issues quickly and putting me on a path to being a stronger 53 year old woman, thanks Judy!!

I loved every minute of working with Judy. She is easy to work with and talk to, non-judgmental, and is really knowledgeable. I have done some strength training on my own but it was great to have her do some testing to know exactly where my weaknesses were so she could set up a program to strengthen these areas. I can't wait to visit her studio again.

I've been seeing Judy for a little over a year now, its been a great year. I never thought it was possible to complete some of the work outs that I have with Judy. In this past year Judy has done more then help me lose weight and get healthy, she has pushed me with my eating habits, loving myself as is and of course getting in the best shape I have ever been in. If you ever have any questions she will answer them, and if she doesn't know the answer she will research it and let you know. I use to hate working out and never went to the gym, and I now find myself excited to get to the gym and push myself a little bit more every time. Even when I go to the gym with out Judy I hear her in my head pushing me to keep going. She makes sure your form is perfect before pushing you to go faster so you don't hurt yourself. I have and will continue to tell anyone looking for a personal trainer to see Judy, I am 100% glad I made the choice to start with Judy, and you will too.

I was referred to Judy by my physiotherapist and I'm so grateful! Having never seen a personal trainer before I didn't really know what to expect, but Judy made the training process so smooth and easy with clear and professional communication. She worked with me to determine my goals, assess my strengths and weaknesses and customize a training plan to perfectly suit my needs. Her energy and passion for training was contagious, and after spending 10 sessions working together I'm happy to say the back pain that's been plaguing me for years is no more, my core is stronger than its ever been, and I know exactly what I need to do to maintain and continue improving my physical fitness. She's so kind and easy to get along with, which made it a lot less painful to get up at 5:30 for our 6am training sessions lol!! I would highly recommend Judy to anyone looking for an expert personal trainer!!
