If you are looking for the one of the best places in Abbotsford to receive training/ a place to train; Peak Athletics is definitely the right choice. Head trainer Gurdish Grewal is one of the best strength coaches, and has experience training a variety of athletes from beginner, to elite level Collegiate athletes. His combination of strength workouts, and speed & agility training is the perfect mix for all athletes trying to greatly improve their performance. The atmosphere is great, everyone there is trying to get better and everyone helps each other out, which is another big positive.

I remember walking into Peak Athletics expecting to feel intimidated just like all the other gym facilities I’ve worked out in; I was instead welcomed and made comfortable. The trainers at Peak Athletics work hard to create a welcoming, supportive, encouraging and motivating atmosphere! I've been working with Gurdish since spring 2016 and have seen amazing results in that time. In the very first month I noticed loss of fat and gain of needed muscle mass (toning). I have never felt stronger or healthier. Gurdish is easy going, motivating, his friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I've got toned muscles. Gurdish Grewal has the knowledge base, experience and passion this is what allows him to provide high-quality service. The proof is in the pudding; Gurdish gets you results! Gurdish demonstrates in-depth knowledge about the body and how it works. His background as a kinesiologist in injury rehab and his athletic background (played University football) in my opinion gives him this valued understanding. When I injured my knee Gurdish accommodated my unique challenges and worked to create a customized workout plan that not only allowed me to heal correctly and quickly it gave me hope as I was supported and encouraged throughout the process. Gurdish respects the individual needs that each client has. He works to create a quality program that is fully customized to your specific needs. Peak Athletics is on a league of its own! I have been going to peak for about 3 years now and i have gained a lot of knowledge about lifting through the expertise of the head personal trainer, Gurdish. Gurdish provides many different types of training such as, strength, endurance, power and hypertrophy. Would highly recommend peak athletics to everyone with what ever fitness goals they have in mind.

I have been training at Peak Athletics for 7 years. Head trainer, Gurdish Grewal is 1 of the most knowledgeable persons I've met when it comes to sport specific training and optimizing performance. Under his training program I was able to elevate myself and become a National Champion in Olympic Wrestling and also a Pan American Champion.

From Debbie Kooy - I have been with Peak Athletics for approximately 2.5 years. When I work out I like to learn new things, I like to be challenged and I need variety to keep it interesting. Gurdish's workouts exceed this list. He provides an incredible variety of workouts and every workout is appropriately challenging. I had been struggling with a recurring knee injury prior to coming to Peak Athletics and thanks to Gurdish's workouts, they helped immmensely and are unlike any others I have tried in building my muscle strength. He is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and nutrition. I highly recommend Peak Athletics.

I have been coming to Gurdish with Peak Athletics for only a few sessions now. Personally i think he is a great trainer with experience and education to back up what he trains upon. I appreciate the fact he's able to work with someone who is beginning and someone who is experienced with the same attention. The atmosphere in his gym is not intimidating which makes it welcoming to anyone no matter what your fitness level is. I recommend trying him out for a few sessions and once you do you will be addicted. Health is everything and when you have someone that is an expert in this field to guide you, then the possibilities and transformations you can achieve with your body and health are endless.

I have been working out at Peak for over three years now and i love it. This class pushes me to achieve my goals and Gurdish is an excellent trainer who pushes you one step further. The workouts are great, and you leave with a sense of accomplishment. My fitness has improved, I have lost weight, and I feel stronger physically and mentally. If you are looking at changing your health, mind, and body then Peak Athletics is the place to go. Gurdish will go above and beyond your expectations. He is capable of creating programs specific to each individual and ensuring that you will see results. I highly recommend both his training and nutrition plans for optimal results. He is very capable of making a flexible meal plan and intense workouts. As someone who spent years working out by myself, I can honestly say that the best results I saw were from Peak athletics. I was able to undergo a complete body transformation thanks to Gurdish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make a change.
