If your looking for a gym to really workout in and improve yourself this is the place. Great staff always willing to help out. It is always neat, tidy and clean. I love the people and staff. Keep up the great work.......

I especially love working with Jennifer. She is an excellent instructor. Most importantly I love her professionalism and communication style. She is always so helpful. As a member I like to be around gym staff that is committed to the success of the members. Five stars *****

I send the email, never get a response and then I get billed the next month for the membership. I've been doing this for about 4 or 5 months now, so that's been pretty frustrating.

The gym is always clean and well maintained, everyone does there part to make sure all the weights are put away, the gym has everything you need and I highly recommend it to anyone whose looking to get on the grind! -LP
