Not only is there an epidemic of Scabies going on, but now there are rumours surfacing that there is an issue with skin mites. There is a leadership vacuum with the medical staff on the second floor. The head nurse has been identified as completely incompetent and as a poor communicator. Keep an eye on your loved ones. It appears the building manager is also incompetent and out of touch. A lot of money for 2nd tier service. Look elsewhere for your loved ones.

M	Marya Kalen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uncle lives here: it's a joy to visit him. The underground visitor's parking is convenient and the staff is very friendly. The meals are spectacular, and you can even get wine or beer with dinner. Lovely place.
L	L tsai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it is a fantastic place for retirement too. It appears great with all the high end amenities and I hoped one day it might become a retirement home for myself. But if you walk around the area just outside the residence behind the building, you will find how dirty their delivery area is. I bet they never give it a wash over the years. Imagine you have so many seniors living in the building just above and have the windows open. In summer time the outdoor dining area is just a stone throw away. The look and smell is just so disgusting and unhealthy. I can imagine why so many people can get sick at the same time living under such unhealthy condition.
S	SilVer T-V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most amazing brunch with my aunt here! The buffet was outstanding! I have never had a better buffet brunch anywhere! This Amica residence is like a 5 star hotel. My aunt loves it here and we love visiting her here.

My aunt always liked to entertain, so twice a year she has hosted afternoon parties for 25 family and friends in the activity room. She has had them catered by the Amica kitchen. Family has brought in the wine. They always have activities going on. Residents can attend what they want. Great place for our seniors!
