Great place to learn ! Vida( The food Manager is an angel! The way she treated her staffs is overwhelming. She has listening ear and very understanding! I met a mother too in the Kitchen named Sonia! Very welcoming , friendly and supportive. The way she teaches makes me to learn so fast . Great staffs I met in the kitchen. They really gave in their best in serving great meals to their residents .I cant wait to explore all the skills I gathered In this wonderful place. Thank you all for having me.

I was fortunate to work here for only a year, but the time I spent there will stay with me forever. I feel like I have a family for life. Very knowledgeable care team make Gibson the safest place to live, especially during the pandemic.

You can put your mind at ease , knowing that your family member will and always be loved and cared for in a timely and complete manor . Making the transition from home to a retirement home is hard for everyone, but knowing the caring staff at Gibson I can guarantee you we will make your loved one free safe and at home as soon as possible. Chartwell takes the worry and stress of a new resident very seriously, and do everything in our power to make them feel welcome , safe , and secure immediately ! I am there weekly to visit my Auntie, who has lived there since October 2015. All the staff take such good care of her, and always make me feel so welcome too -- it feels like a second home to me! :) The staff care so much and put in so much effort to have creative and fun experiences for the residents. I am so grateful that my Aunt has her home there. When I first arrived to the Gibson, my family was in a crisis. They helped get my Aunt into the Gibson on a short-term respite stay, within days of my request for help. Then, we were able to transition seamlessly to a permanent suite in the weeks following. I adore all the staff and feel so thankful to have them as part of our "extended family!"

The management is extremely supportive and kind helping me gain much needed experience . The management and staff did a great job working together keeping the employees and the residents super safe as well as covid free during the pandemic; testing about 3-4 times per week. The staff is great and respectable, puts in a lot of effort to give the residents best care possible. What stood out the most for me was the fact the whole place is ran by strong, amazing group of women. Management appreciates the work you do for them!

The entire staff are always pleasant and they are always providing excellent care. It has been a pleasure to visit mom as she is well taken care of and she loves the staff and the environment. Gibson has cultivated a unique, caring culture, which is displayed by the staff when they interact with the residents.

The management team is so warm and welcoming, their heart shines through everything that they do, especially Vida and Lucy. The staff that I was working with, care so much for the residents. They gave 100% each time they came to work. Chartwell Gibson is an amazing place. I felt so honored to meet all those beautiful people.

Also, we always make our seniors feel that they are loved, appreciated and part of our family.I have been working at Gibson for 6 years. I stayed here because I saw how nice it is to work with my co-workers. We want to keep the facility clean and residents and families satisfied.
