★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma laveuse à linge ne fonctionnait pas bien, j’ai beaucoup de linge dedans… le monsieur m’a aidée au téléphone car ne pouvait pas venir ce jour-là… il m’a donné de très bons conseils et j’ai pu arranger mon appareil! Ce n’est pas la première qu’il m’aide ainsi; il a été très patient et courtois. C’est devenu rare des personnes comme ça de nos jours!
My washing machine did not work well, I have a lot of laundry in it ... the gentleman helped me on the phone because he could not come that day ... he gave me very good advice and I was able to arrange my device! It’s not the first time he’s helped me this way; he was very patient and courteous. It has become rare for people like that these days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon frigo est tombé en panne en plein été. Je suis allée à Ameublement Frontenac avec l'intention d'en acheter un nouveau. Le propriétaire m'a plutôt proposé de changer une petite pièce et de réparer- par moi même mais avec son aide très très patiente! - mon frigo. Ça a fonctionné. J'ai ainsi évité de jeter un appareil encore fonctionnel, mais surtout été impressionnée par la générosité et l'honnêteté de ce monsieur! Encouragez son commerce, son service est si rare dans notre quartier! Merci!
My fridge broke down in the middle of summer. I went to Ameublement Frontenac with the intention of buying a new one. The owner offered instead to change a small room and repair- by myself but with his very very patient help! - my fridge It functioned. I avoided throwing a device still functional, but especially impressed by the generosity and honesty of this gentleman! Encourage his business, his service is so rare in our neighborhood! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sécheuse que j'ai achetée chez eux a failli prendre feu. Finalement ils l'ont changée mais c'est irresponsable de vendre de produits aussi dangeureux. C'est le cash qui prime et non pas la qualité des produits ni la sécurité des clients. Je ne fais pas confiance à ce magasin et je ne le recommande pas.
The dryer I bought from them almost caught fire. In the end they changed it but it is irresponsible to sell such dangerous products. It is cash that takes precedence, not product quality or customer safety. I don't trust this store and I don't recommend it.
