★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A one stop shop for any security cameras system or other security equipment, i did shop at different vendors but i find this place to be more resourceful, many staff to help you out and they do their best in helping you out, i usually deal with Leo and he's very helpful and knowledgable ? they also have a pretty good after sale support, i've been using their equipment, easy to setup and so far no issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you encounter any problem with their service, make sure you talk to the female representative. The male representative is useless, he could not even find our record with our company name and address, and he was very impatient told us to call back once we figure out the correct company name. The female lady there find our account easily with exactly the same company name and address when we call back again, and fixed the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is A really RUDE comment from Mr. Diksha Arora. The Ameta team is always very nice and supportive, whenever I have sales and/or technical issues. As the sales person directly in charge of our company, Jessica always give the best suggestions for us to save money while meeting our customers’ needs. I understand she has company policy to follow as well, I should never judge her and consider her as bad salesgirl because she couldn’t give me the price I wanted.
Moreover, there is no such a policy that Golden Member always get 10% off. Even if so, as common and accepted business practice here in Canada, it is true that, “any discount offers could not be combined with other promotion “. No one should expect another ++% off the promotion price. From this point of view, I doubt that Mr. Diksha Arora has the ability to handle business of $30000. Let it go.

They always try to rip you off knowingly.all gold member get extra 10 percent off on order as per company policy. But according to my salesgirl jesicca I only get 10%off if I pay regular price
.on 17th May 2019 one item was on sale 239$ But i got charged 349$ for the same item .so paid 110$ more than what I would have regularly.as per my sales person I got discount of 112 dollars on my whole order which was 1120$ before taxes.so nice and rude salesgirl Jessica saved me 112$ because she is being nice to give me discount of 10 % because I m gold member . And didn't tell me I will pay regular price.
when I called back by sending them screen shots of my invoice and the item on sale in the flyer then she said I am gonna email my sales manager and rudely hung up my phone after saying YOU EITHER GET 10% OFF OR THE SALE PRICE ON FLYER.
Whats the fun of giving a dealer and installer 10% if you gonna charge him full price on an item on sale .WHAT A TACTIC GUYS .PLEASE DONT RIP YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF . YOU ONLY GONNA GET BAD BAD REVIEWS AND NOT MY BUSINESS ATLEAST ANYMORE. THERE GOES YOUR 2ND CUSTOMER AND 30000$ A YEAR TOO.BYE HAVE A GOOD DAY
