S	Steve Rizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything and more I was expecting from a health food store with actual deals to be had on select items. Well stocked and neatly organized with plenty of interesting items as well as staples. I've made Ambrosia part pf my weekly shopping routine.
H	Ha Pham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natural food store located close to the good life gym. A wide variety of health food items, there is skin care products as well. It’s very spacious and the items and shelves are organized and well stocked. There is plenty of parking and the employee that we spoke to was knowledgeable in product placement. These health food stores do tend to be a little pricey though. My sister and I were looking for a low calorie alternative to condensed milk. No luck.
S	S Winner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service in the Produce Department, on many occasions I observed "service" of ROY, if question asked he is rude and unhelpful . Example: my question: where are dry herbs located? His answer : "over there just look" and refused to show the location, I could not find the product. On other occasion I saw him telling customer : "move the shopping cart correctly! ". On my question : when blueberries delivered ? are they fresh? very snarky answer without even lifting his head up : "everything is fresh in the store!!! He makes customers feel unwelcome and extremely rude. It looks like he hate his job and people. Luckily, most employees are very helpful and polite. I am a customer of the store for over 10 years . Needles to say, in the future I will do my expensive shopping in a place where I am respected and get proper customer service. I won't recommend this store to anyone.
A	Aisha Yusuf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service ever.! I ordered barley flakes I waited 2 months , and if every time I called they said they will call but nobody called. When they finally called they said that they quoted me the wrong price and the price was double . I paid the price anyway because the quantity was more than I ordered and I didn't feel comfortable paying 1/2 the price and that's why I told them I will pay the full price even though they were willing to charge me the original price they quoted .When I came to pick it up, I asked the cashier to get someone to help me because it was very heavy ,but she didn't bother ! Over the years I have spent a lot money in that store but as of that day they lost me as a customer!
N	Naffisia Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, as soon you walk in the produce is right there and is disgusting. Organic foods is more expensive therefore it shouldn’t look sad and soggy. Second of all, I came there looking for vegcheese. The customer service there is non existent. The employee didn’t seem to have a clue as to what it was. He then said “he doesn’t think they have them anymore.” He also said a whole bunch of nothing. When I said “how is it on your website if it’s discontinue?” There was no reply. Complete waste of my time. I went over to avenue road and they had all three. Fresh produce, customer service and the cheese. I know my little money doesn’t matter and neither does my return in business but I do think customer service is essential and so is fresher produce.
