Ridiculously slow response. It almost seems like they are not interested to deal with new customers at all! Better go for other suppliers in town

Funnily I take the same bus as their employees' because they usually get off at Langstaff Road. In several occasions I find their male staffs kind of rude...you wouldn't think it's a good company if their employees are rude would you?

Miss Becca doesn't understand, is that this is how trucks must make right turns. Usualy, there is a sign on the back of the van that warns about that way of making wide right turns for large vehicles.

This company is horrible with follow-up. They do not want new customers. I have gone through the entire account set up process, credit application etc. After submitting and attempting to place an order, I receive no reponse from any sales staff or their "assistants". Even months later after attempting to reach someone in their sales department or any live person, you will be thrown around in their horrible automated systems until you hang up from frustration. It seems they do not want to earn revenue from a small company. I'll be taking my $24,000/year and growing orders elsewhere.

your driver almost KILLED me at dufferin & Langstaff today (october 30th) at 4:00. He turned right in front of me and went to the middle lane (my lane) instead of the very right hand lane. Absolutely careless. I will be calling and emailing as well.

First, I am sorry for your experience with us and please accept my apology for the inconveniences while we have a business. I believe that you have little confusion with doing business with K.F.T. When we started the business, I have mentioned clearly, minimum delivery is $500, not $100. I also mentioned about delivery system that regular delivery (regular means every week delivery) is for every Tuesday for your place and If there is long week, the delivery can be delayed one or two weeks. Currently, our delivery schedule is packed. Like your place, ask delivery irregularly, it is hard to find a spot for the delivery. That is why I made delivery myself to your place because I understand your business. I am a key account manager and also a field agent. 50% of time I stayed in the office but if there is long week, I get busy and be out side of office most of time. This makes you feel that I am not responding properly, and I admit it, especially for the e-mail. However, I am trying best to respond and care my accounts. Again, I am deeply sorry for your inconveniences and for the best way to contact me is text message. When you send text message, please tell me your business name first so I can response faster. Thank you
