L	Luna S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute WORST customer service I've ever had at a nail salon. Don't bother with this terrible location and their rude, unskilled, uncaring workers! Brought an 8yr old here to have our nails done together. Was told my designs couldn't be done Repeatedly though they were simple designs. When I just opted to wait for her to be done with the pedicure she choose instead? They told me that they were at capacity and I would have to wait outside!! But if I was doing my nails they suddenly had space for me?? The place was half empty and I had an 8yr old with her feet in water sitting in a chair. Absolutely DISGUSTING mannerisms. You call yourselves professional?!?!? I will be sure to tell all my friends and family how well you treat customers at your establishment. Will definitely NOT be coming back here ever again.

Very friendly staff. Really beautiful, quality work! The staff here do a fantastic job and I love my nails. Definitely recommend this salon and will be back!

I asked him if any of the girls can do my toes then he got very defensive and started screaming at me about how nun of the girls are available and only available at 7pm, mind you I was there at 5pm. I asked him if any of the girls can do my toes and nails at the same time like how I usually do my full set and toes because I can’t be in the nail store for hours, he got very defensive again yelling at me saying I should have booked for my toes if I wanted to get them done and he started cutting off my nails that he already started. I do my nails at this nail store all the time and the service I received today was honestly disgusting. I know this guy is a manager but if he can’t handle the stress from doing nails please stay in your position as a manager and manage the place. You don’t need to get rude with customers because they didn’t book the service the way you want it to be done. I never had an issue with the girls in the past that’s why I keep going to this location and I love the way my nails are done always.

They stayed 2 hours after close to make sure my nails were done perfectly . They put so much effort to make sure every detail was perfect. Will be back again for sure

I’ve never left her salon disappointed. Her work is high quality and my nails look so pretty each time I visit. All her staff (Kenny, Katie, Chloe, Lisa, Charlie) are equally talented professionals that take pride in the work they do by giving the best service possible - without ever feeling rushed! Jane and her staff have always been friendly and attentive. They are so helpful and eager to suggest colour choices and complimentary designs. I highly recommend Pedi N Nails. You’ll be impressed!
