What an outstanding company. Dropped my glasses (arm needed welding) off on a Friday afternoon & they were ready by Saturday. Heather was excellent before & after and even waited a bit after closing to allow for a pick up. Receipt issued also that should allow for an extended medical claim. I would totally recommend this company as my optometrist did to me.

Looked everywhere for expert service like this! I busted up my favourite Ray-Bans in an accident and didn't trust any basic glasses store to handle the fix. They made them as good as new for under $50, what a dream! Thanks you!

I’ve been dealing with All Canadian Eyeglass repair for years. They always get the job done and fast. Appreciate the fact they guarantee there work, very good customer service and nice staff. Highly recommend.

Been coming to these folks for many, many years...prior to them moving to this current location. Service has always been outstanding and very prompt, although some repairs meant a return trip if they were super busy or had to do some tricky soldering or order a part. Most eyeglass frames--while still very expensive--are made to be disposable. If yours break, don't be too quick to trash them. There's a good chance the folks at All Canadian can repair them. They are as close to miracle workers as you'll find. I've only had eyeglass frame they couldn't repair. While it was a pricey European brand, the material just would tolerate repair. That said, I figure they've saved me well close to $2K over the years. (By the way, your eyeglass repairs may also be covered by by your health insurance plan. They were under one of my previous employers' plans.) These repairs have given my eyewear extra life, saved me $$$, and--in this era of planned obsolescence-- I think the repairs also contribute to global sustainability. Finally, it's the people that make any business. I met one of the guys who works in the back. Can't recall his name, but he had a good demeanor and did great work. But for sure, the "star" that most people will meet is Heather who sits at the reception desk. Don't be fooled by the term "receptionist"--she knows her stuff inside out and is wonderful to deal with. As I said, I've been a (very) longtime customer. I hope they continue to thrive and pass their skills and customer service ethic on to the next generation of All Canadian Eyewear Repair owners and staff!

The wire hinge snapped off completely. Five star quality repair work on my frameless glasses. The laser weld is smooth and unnoticeable. Alignment is spot on. I'm very happy with the cost and results.

Had some damaged prescription safety glasses that nobody else would even look at due to liability concerns. These folks agreed to have a look. They fixed up what they could (some issues they were unable to) and did it all for an extremely reasonable price, and well within the time frame I had been promised. Very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Front desk lady is awesome, to put it mildly. :-)

Heather and the team are great! I was told by my Eye Doctor's office the glasses were unrepairable after I fully sat on both arms and broke them. I sent them off by mail to All Canadian Eyeglass Repair and had my fingers crossed. Super professional and speedy, they fixed them in no time, called for payment and then mailed them the same day I paid. Just got them in the mail today and they are welded and stronger than ever, I am thrilled!

Got a pair of glasses repaired here last year. My Armani frames broke and they fixed it beautifully and I was able to claim the cost through my work health insurance provider. The other day, I accidentally sat on the glasses and bent them up. Brought it to All Canadian Eyeglass Repair to have them repaired again. Walked in, spoke to the lady at the front desk who was extremely polite and professional. She brought them to the back for a quick fix, all is well. Furthermore, they didn't charge me anything for that quick fix which was sweet. Highly recommend this place if you need your glasses repaired.
