★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came prepared with a book and phone charger thinking I’d have to wait forever since I was a walk-in without an appointment. No line, took my paper work, showed me the room and the phlebotomist was in my room within 5 minutes. She joked around with me and before I knew it my blood was taken and I was back at my car. Excellent, efficient, friendly service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited forever in the very back stall for someone to take my blood. When the nurse finally arrived she was in a rush like she had just got to work late. I was hesitant about staying but I did and sure enough for the first time ever I had the needle jabbed in and she much have hit a nerve because I had a sort of shock in my lower arm and four days later I still have it
It’s like an electrical shock
I should have said I wanted someone else who was in the right frame of mind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from having to be poked twice and having a swollen puncture site after, the service here was good. Every receptionist and lab tech was patient and understanding. Although it took the phlebotomist awhile to get the sample, she was not in a rush at all and was comforting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is disgusting , room had a blood stains on the floor ! Garbage was full ! Staff is unpleasant specially front desk. You put ID on plastic wrapped clip board (so it protects them) but it was never sanitized before another patient's ID . When I asked what ID she needs , she couldn't even respond , just tapped her finger on that clipboard ! I had to take off from work and go again because they took sample wrong. Staff unprofessional, hostile and in rush ! No wonder I had to go second time and redo test !!! I hope AHS will take this seriously and do complete inspection of this facility !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had appointments for different days and we were both met on time. All the staff that we met for the tests were kind and friendly. We think they’re all doing a great job and we’re grateful for all of them! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I have been here twice as a walk in, once 30 minutes before closing on a weekday and the other on the weekday at ~10am. Both times I was able to walk in and be seated right away to get my blood tests done! I am really impressed with how efficient and how great the staff is here. Would definitely recommend others to try this lab out.
