N	Nigel Scotland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally settled on AirPoint for a furnace and AC replacement as I found their quote to be very fair considering the high quality of the materials. I was not disappointed by a long shot. Their team showed up exactly on time (no 4 hour window like other companies) and immediately covered all the flooring to protect it. The installers were very experienced as they worked as a team without someone telling them everything they had to do. They had the whole system replaced in around 6 hours from start to finish. When I spoke to the installers they told me that they only install the higher end products as they didn’t want to come back for warranty work (even though they give a warranty) as that only means they have an unhappy customer and they don’t make money on warranty work so neither side wins. I can’t speak high enough for this company both for the office staff and their installers. I recommend anyone should give them an opportunity to quote on any HVAC work. Thanks AirPoint!!!

The crew came on time and was quick, efficient, and considerate. They explained all the works they were going to do. They cleaned everything afterwards.

They sent someone out within a couple of hours of speaking to the reception. The technician, Gregory, was amazing. He quickly and effortlessly diagnosed the problem. He went above and beyond to identify issues left by the previous installers of the furnace. The furnace is working better than it ever has. Air Point and Greg are fantastic - they are now my go-to for all HVAC related matters.
