★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to exchange two oxygen a one acetylene bottle the other day. I have an express sloop which is a very common set up so I didn’t expect the acetylene not to fit (I’ve had dozens of bottles fit without an issue) I came back into the store to see if I could swap it out as I know there is some variance in bottle sizes. The guy I was dealing with wasn’t very happy about exchanging it and told me they’ve been using the same bottles since the sixties (like that matters). He came out with a substantially smaller bottle and I was concerned about the size. He seem annoyed and assured me it was the same size “they all are!!” When I got out to the job and went to put on the DOT approved transport caps that I’ve used on several previous bottles it was to big. When I called in to talk to them about the issue I dealt with the same guy and he told me that all the caps were the same like I must be mistaken. Well the cap fit on the dozens of previous bottles so they were not the same. Anyway he said I could bring it in and they would give me the first bottle again. Well that would not solve the problem as the first one was too big. I would think that a store with that much inventory would have more then two bottles to choose from??♂️. I felt like the way they treated me was as if they knew that there is not a lot of other options for bottles out there especially when you work for bigger companies that use air liquid. I know that I’ll have to continue to use this store but it will be limited to bottle exchange only. Any other supplies will definitely be coming from a different supply store.

That Mellisa will always take the time out of her busy day to go the extra mile to help a person out. Let me tell u that Jessie is one heck of a guy to,he is always smiling and ready to help!!!! Great job guys!!!

They are genuine people in there that are willing to give you the time of day no matter how big or small of a purchase you may be making. This customer service goes a very long way in helping to retain customers (in my case anyways). Keep up the great work, always a pleasure!

The best SERVICE ever a client can experience. Melissa is always there for the clients and trying to help you as best as she can. Their friendliness, their kindness and hospitality when you are in the store is more than a 5 start rating. We truly recommend this store and the service provided is wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont think I have had one pleasant trip to this store. Unless you are rig welder spending thousands they don't care about you and will make you wait. I would suggest if you are a part time welder dont waste ur time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Recently visited the red deer store asking what I assumed was a knowledgeable helpful staff member, to guide me in the best option to my request for a bottle of gas for welding steel. I Said I didn’t require much gas as I had a small job to do. Rather than explain to me that renting bottles was an option with a simple account set up. They sold me a bottle that it turns out you can’t return which was also not explained to me at that time. I will not give Air Liquide anymore of my business.
