★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had to cancel the flight because one attendant didn’t show up to work. Is this the first time this has happened? Why is canceling the flight the first response ? Then they rebook us on a flight two days later and give us hotel vouchers that the hotel did not want to accept because Air Canada is not in good standing on their account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 extremely rude women working behind the counter couldn't provide me w/ a mask. I was told I could purchase one, but I didn't have the funds. They proceeded to belittle me, told me not to be in the building and actually said I 'should always be wearing a mask at this point of the pandemic'.
I left them and proceeded to security, who without hesitation provided me with a complimentary medical mask.
Shame on Air Canada and these entitled women for not providing good paying customers with a mask worth a quarter.
