The only non stressful part was getting a storage unit.
I am a returning customer and was beyond impressed by the exquisite customer service I received.
Even though Solita was very busy she handled every customer with care and a bright positive attitude. The care and customer service are a 10/10 here
Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently did a renovation and needed to store half our household items. Marzena helped us get an appropriately sized unit (surprising how much stuff you actually have). She also made an excellent guess as to how many boxes (on sale at a great price) we would need.
The storage locker was clean, dry and easily accessed. The site itself was also well maintained and that made us feel our belongings were safe for what turned out to be a few months. They were expanding the site, but the construction didn't affect access at all (just in case you drive by and are worried it might).

I'm guessing the prices here are comparable to other storage facilities, but I would use this facility again in the future for no other reason than the customer service. Mars and the rest of the staff were wonderful to deal with and customer service is huge in my books.
Mars even let me bring my dog in when I was checking out the units. Bonus points for her.
The facility itself was very clean and just well run.
If you have stuff to store, go here first.
Kudos to Mars, Kieran and the rest of the staff.
