S	S Gj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a tattoo with Ian , pre-paid him $200 as he had requested. He was being EXTREMELY difficult and was not cooperating at all. I gave him the a picture of the tattoo that I wanted before hand, took too long to print it on the stencil, and still managed to mess up. When I backed out of the tattoo he was again being difficult. Cherry on top, didn’t even give me the $200 I gave him. save yourself a trip and AVOID THIS PLACE!!! not worth it at all… waste of time and waste of money!!! EDIT: gave the store a call as they directed me to, didn’t answer, called multiple times, finally got through to find that Stu wasn’t available. Gave Stu a call- nothing. It’s been a week now and no follow up. Pls avoid this place!!!

A	Aurora Danielle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely botched medusa piercing. didn’t use a clamp, didn’t use a swell bar, my skin is growing over the piercing, and it’s completely crooked. when i voiced my concern and asked to use a longer bar i was told it’d be “cool”. when i asked for aftercare i was told they didn’t believe in aftercare. way overpriced. don’t go here.
J	Jordan Walzak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely chaotic experience with Eric (the owner?) filled with wasted time and empty promises. I give 2 instead of 1 star because the other artists seemed nice and professional but after two stress filled days with Eric I am left with an unfinished tattoo and no word from him about aftercare or a time to finish it. I could have put aside all of the junky behavior if I got a completed piece out of it but now I need to go pay someone else to finish it. Another artist there seemed awesome and sold dope crystal art, thats why I feel bad writing a bad review but I just wish I was warned.. To be fair I played myself by trusting his process and paying in full.

My bf and I went into the shop around 3pm as there is a sign out front that says "Walk ins welcome". We were looking to get a couple ear piercings and small flash pièces. The girl we initially spoke to said there wouldn't be someone available to do these until 5pm, she gave us à business card and told us to come back for 5. Didn't even check the books. We wasted 2hrs walking around and came back right at 5. The new girl at the counter ignored us when we came in. Feet up and on her phone. Told her we had been in earlier and were told to come back at 5. She said they ran out of all ear jewelry yesterday and she was fully booked for piercings. She wanted to know who was working the front counter and told us that. The funny thing was she was there when we came in earlier AND spoke to that receptionist. Then she claimed she had no idea what was going on as there are 2 shops in, no idea what artists are on rn, etc. She was rude as HELL the entire time. Disgusting service. That chick has no business being in customer service. Walk ins are not welcome here. Highly recommend taking your business to another shop!!!

We came up with a great design and I was Super excited to get it done. She was thorough and detailed about what will happen, the tools she'll use, the steps she'll take in doing the tattoo. I was Amazed by the finished product, loved it! And afterwards Shauna walked me through the healing process, and how to care for it for the few weeks after. Cleaning, moisturizing, and loose clothing, etc. I left feeling confident and ecstatic about my new tattoo.

Her attention to detail and her professional approach are making this sleeve epic. She is definitely the right artist for the job. I am one very satisfied customer and now one very loyal one. Honestly, her hands are going to be sore from tatting me up this summer!! ?✌
