Though HairTattoo was my second choice for a full Norwood 7 SMP, I am glad I chose this studio and have Simon do it. The Google Reviews helped a lot.
At my initial meeting with Simon, I felt comfortable to go ahead with the procedure. Simon assured me that, besides his years of experience, he would continue to work on my scalp until I was completely satisfied and happy.
Simon was always punctual, professional, courteous, patient and an easy person to have a good conversation with while the procedure was taking place. Simon was very receptive to suggestions and not have a "know it all" attitude. I also enjoyed the music he had on.
Suggestion: Receiving a hard copy and/or a link "after care" would have been nice as opposed to receiving it verbally.
My last session was on December 8, 2021 and glad to say that I am very pleased with my new look.

His work has helped me regain my self-esteem, confidence, and happiness in feeling myself again. I have no more need to feel tremendous amounts of anxiety from people staring/questioning my condition and always having to wear a hat in public. I can’t thank you enough for your work and professionalism, you have no idea how happy I have been ever since I started to look and feel great again.
