D	David Blaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible rude and terrible office management.the crew that was onsite the gentleman was excellent.the items they have are mostly not what is described and there is one lady who has a personality of a space creature cause dealing with human people is far from here specialty! Save your money folks buy from cotton auctions or any other auction heck even Facebook .it should t be much to get treated with respect but for these guys lack of respect and lies is there whole Buisness.
C	Chuck Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time they guarantee things, then you get them and they are broken and they say no refunds, if you buy something for 500$ it’s actually more like 700$ because of their fees, I have spent thousands here and made one mistake bid and called them seconds later and they say there’s nothing they can do and that my account is banned and there going to try and hurt my credit score this place is a joke.
h	h singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with South langley location befor, sold me 3 times defective items and when I was trying to return or try to get refund they were very rude and unprofessional so today I bought items from Langley location I bought two items from this location. Brought it home check the items one was totally wrong item as it was advertised on auction list. Called them up they try to make sounds like it was my fault. Spent 2 hours driving back and forth to return the item and they didn't want to check in the back or give me other item the one I bid for, they try to make it sounds like oh it's the auction you naver know what you gonna get in what condition. Well do your job probably buddy and stop try to fraud people with the wrong items. Very unprofessional and rude staff no respect for customers.
J	Joe Wozny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a product on from a Langley South auction. The image showed the product "as new" in terms of the packaging. When I picked up the item the box was taped together with packing tape, there was no owners manual .... The product was used, scratched and dirty. I asked Sam from Able About this. He told me I could return it and be fully reimbursed, so I did. He also told me that UNLESS IT SAYS NEW on the auction item the item could be used. This seemed simple enough and good customer service. Four hours later Sam called me and told me he was REFUSING to give me a refund. I insisted and asked to speak to his manager. He told me that "HE IS IN CHARGE PERIOD AND THAT THERE IS NO ONE TO ESCALATE TO AND THAT HE MAKES ALL THE DECISIONS" When I told him I was going to speak to my credit card company about this, he then told me he would give me a refund and he was banning me for life from the site. I've purchased items from Able before with no problem. The problem in this case is Sam. If you are Sam's supervisor, I suggest that you review his actions. This is really poor customer service. As far as being banned from the site - I say "hasta la vista with no regrets" given the poor customer service.

There online budding is a joke. And the women who work at the counter are rude nasty there attitude is they can do no wrong it's there way and that's that look
C	Chris Parkson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is run by the trailer park boys basically, bunch of Cory and Trevor’s in warehouse. Manager unfortunately is Randy. Definitely have to set the bar of expectations incredibly low and willing to put the work in to do a charge back if buying from Able.

Do not let them prepare your items for shipment because they will arrive damaged and the carrier will deny a claim because they were not properly packaged. I am now out over $1,000 because of these clowns. They don't even bother responding to emails when they know they're at fault. Stay away.
