★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auction is great but if you need to talk to anyone in the office about a problem , forget it , they are always right, inflexible, and rude , i was cut off in conversation and not allowed to speak!!, even lied too by one female employee! will think twice before using this auction site , very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using Cotton for a few years never any issue. All staff are great and if you have an issue they will try to resolve. Inspect the items you bid on they are as is. I don’t know what the postings with fake bidding are all about. That is simply not true. This place has been open a long time if it was a scam it wouldn’t still be in business. I support Cotton as do my family and friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff. But be prepared to bid against fake online bidders. I stopped going because of this.
Case in point: Once in a while I would bid on something and get outbid by an online bidder. That's fine. But then the auctioneer would say to me, "Hey. We are not going to take the online bidder. Do you want it for your last bid price?" Maybe there was actually someone bidding online against me. But the auctioneer deemed it not credible. Why should I bid against that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ easy to bid but thats about it the items had no details and were in opened packages with soiling on them. ......sorry this is an edit the items i purchased said new in box...... there should have been a description stating used and soiled. but as i said easy to bid and easy to collect items i just wish more honest description .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ listed an item with them, watched the auction till it closed, the item sold for $150, when it was time to pay me they reported it sold for $50. I was a regular buyer and some time seller with them for a few years, I won't deal with them anymore. 24 negative reviews for this firm, we can't all be wrong!!
