★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have read the review on here before buy from them. Yes, be careful when bid with electronic stuff. especially with things that they sealed in the box and put in the showcase so you cant check it. Got an item with total price about the same with peoples selling online. But when open the box ,found out the most important part for the item is broken. Now I have to try to find that part otherwise my item is garbage. This lesson cost me $100 not include what I will need to pay for the new part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with these guys. Bought 3 times different tv's the all was defected and they naver declared iusses. People who is posting items don't check them up properly. 3 different times this mistake happened with me.comeon how hard it is to turn on the TV and check screen is fine and volume is working or not. Don't waste your time and energy with these guys. Lady at the office have no manners how to talk to customers. Poor customer service. Rip-off

I don't like to write negative reviews, but be warned when buying from Able.
I purchased a new queen size mattress and was excited for my new bed, only to find out I was falling for a fraudulent scam.
False advertisement and labeling double sized beds to be sold as queen.
I called back and was told I had one day to return it and exchange for a queen.
No apology, no nothing, it's snowing and is a 2.5 hour round trip for their mistake, and if I'm not able to I'm out of luck.
I used to love these auctions and even recommend them to friends and family; Beware now, this was a lesson learned.
Will update if contacted again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero Customer service. Visited today on April 14, the girl from Security, dealing as receptionist was busy in texting on her phone, very rudely answered. Products are also of bad quality. Bought an expensive printer, doesn't work. Don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many issues with this place... electrics are store returns which don't work. They charge a fee if you're 15 mins late from the scheduled pick up time. You HAVE to view items in person (one day viewing). Often even furniture is broken or missing pieces which they don't declare online. Some people are friendly here, some aren't. Everything is so dirty from the warehouse. They actually use your item you've purchased to rest something else on. I purchased a $900 rare custom desk. When picked up I saw them using it as their desk. Things get damaged here because they're careless. They do a horrible job with descriptions... all of that on the top of my head.
