If you ask them to change gloves to make your veggie sub they don’t like it, only veggies they want to put happily is lettuce other veggies are expensive thats why they don’t t like to put veggies also not to forget they don’t like giving you extra napkins if you need. Try this all stuff and you will know what i mean Girls are very friendly but my review is for old lady who works here or maybe she is the owner..
P	Palm Squad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Subway in Aldergrove. They listen to what you want and the food looks fresh every time. I wasn't a fan before the renovation but since then, they have stepped up their game, bit time.

An elderly gentleman had to ask for his coffee three times today. The first time he was informed that the coffee wasn't included in the order. After he paid, he had to ask again twice. Then one of the customers got up and spoke for him. Next thing I know, comments were being passed on a customer's appearance who was ahead of me by the two staff, in their native language. When I questioned, one of the girls simply walked to the back. Won't be returning to this place again. Such an unpleasant experience!

The other customer could see through the facade. Was told in front of another customer, there was 10 minutes left before store closure, it was actually 21 minutes. Type of harassment. Server was yelling to get my attention. Told another customer, of recently arriving to Canada. Should be replaced.

She would talk very fast and I could not UNDERSTAND her. She squished the sandwiches down before she passed them to me. I will never go there again or refer this place.

I told the lady and she asked if i wanted it re-made she ignored me for a phone call. And on top of it cant even eat my snadwhich that she didnt then remake. Id be careful ordering here. Unfortunately the customer service was great just the bread issue
