I've noticed that there has change in staff there, it seems to be for the better as there has definitely been an improvement in the atmosphere. I used to have to call to make an appointment but now I can walk and get a decent haircut. The best experience has been with the manager. My hair grows really fast and I've found that a haircut can look bad after a week and a half, she's able to make it so that my haircut looks good even after three weeks. In fact, it was good enough that my wife complimented me on my hair and she now goes there, too.
I've read the negative reviews and can honestly say that I haven't had a bad experience there. I highly recommend this hair salon for both men and women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amber gave me a perm last March. I asked her how she handled the shorter front hair with putting the back in a pony tail. She told me. It really works. Now I need her to cut my hair. She does an excellent job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had hair that i absolutely hated for a year that was done at hairmasters, but once they saw my review on here explaining my terrible experience they got me in ASAP. i decided to scratch the blonde and go with brown. After getting it done i was sooo happy and in love with the end result. (: They want you to come out of the salon happy and walk around with hair you'll love. Julie did a amazing job, i recommend her and this place !

The store is always kept very tidy and clean, And the phones are answered promptly.
Been coming here for years, Never had a bad experience. And every time I go I see customers that I've seen from prior visits also making return appointments.
All in all great staff, and the high number of repeat customers is a testament to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got a great haircut here! The young women working there were very accommodating of my dirty tradesman clothing and were knowledgeable in their field. The hairdresser doing my hair gave me a few, easy to pick from options, and was incredibly efficient once I gave her the go ahead. I would absolutely recommend this hair dressing location :)

I wish I could post photos online, but won’t as it was such a bad haircut.
I had a $10 haircut from a cheap place and it was better than this. Pinching me that I paid $30 for this one.
The attendant was in a rush I believe, she didn’t even show me the rear mirror, so I could check what she did at the back.
I have cut my hair myself with a trimmer and I got better results than this.
So please please please, don’t go for how fancy this place is. And how profession they sound.
They just don’t know how to cut hair.
