I have been training with Chelsea for several years now, and she is by far one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable in the body's movement and uses her Kinesiology experience to demonstrate and explain each and every exercise to ensure maximum performance and more importantly, maximum safety. I have become stronger physically, and more aware of what my body can do, and how it works, in a safe and encouraging, and fun environment. Highly recommend working with Chelsea - you will be glad you did!

My trainer is Jade and she is absolutely amazing!! She has worked closely with me to help me get my meal plans all set and to help tailor workouts to my busy work schedule. I started out doing home based workouts during covid and once gyms were opened we transitioned to gym workouts. Through it all Jade was super amazing and caring and we did weekly zoom meets to help hone in on my workouts and correct anything that needed a little tweaking. Hands down she is one of the best and so glad I have had the opportunity to be able to be one of her clients!

I’ve been training with Chelsea for more than a year. I had zero experience with fitness and was quite intimidated. Chelsea made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She takes great care in designing plans and building my programs, taking into consideration my preferences, aptitude and areas of improvement. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and the psychological and emotional elements that support overall health and well-being. During our sessions, she’s focused and motivating, knows when to push me harder or when to slow down, and she doesn’t hesitate to adjust the difficulty of the day’s program as necessary. My progress has been phenomenal and surprisingly fast! I also really appreciate our chats between reps and at the end of our sessions. I am so happy to work with Chelsea, she’s helped me attain the best shape I’ve ever been in my whole life when nothing was working. You’ll be lucky to work with a professional who is knowledgeable, authentic and actively involved in your success, inside and outside your sessions. Love you Chelsea!

About a month ago I decided that I wanted to really invest in myself in becoming the best version of me. Then Chelsea came into my life…which was a true blessing!! She started me on my journey to achieving my fitness goals. She is caring, a great listener and knows how to set up challenging workout plans to target all the muscles in your body. She helps guide me on better eating habits and gets me to think outside the box. All in all Chelsea is a great personal trainer even if we are in two different provinces. I’m already noticing the change..thanks Chelsea ???

I highly recommend this facility, and in particular, Sheldon! He has been very motivating and supportive! I have seen results that I have only been β€œtalking about” for almost 5 years. I decided to make an investment in myself and I have not been disappointed!! Sheldon has been with me every step of the way and I have seen the results I’ve only been dreaming about for years! Kim has also been amazing, he may be the owner, but it is easy to see he really cares about his members. Overall, this has been the best decision I have made in a very long time! What are you waiting for?? Sheldon’s ready for you! ??

I trained with Cole for 4 months, working to improve my overall strength with specific attention to my back. He designed a program suited to my goals and abilities. I was a bit nervous to get started because I have scoliosis and have had spinal fusion but Cole quickly put me as ease. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. I learned so much working with him, especially about correct form. I would recommend Cole to anyone looking for a top notch Kinesiologist. The Kenaz gym is also well equipped, private and follows all COVID safety protocols.

Really enjoying this program and personal trainer Chelsea Ellacott. She is very supportive and encouraging while doing workouts together. It’s nice also to have the app with additional workout that you do on your own but you Che k in with the trainer. Recommend this for anyone needing that extra push, motivation and accountability.

I have been partnered with Rachel Garrett since November 2021 and she has been absolutely amazing to work with! She is super responsive to your input and how the exercises feel for you, and she is super knowledgeable and makes you feel empowered with knowledge as well. She also played a big role in helping with my eating habits with tracking calories/eating intuitively. Additionally, she provides wonderful support along with methodically planned out workouts that I could count. I could ask her any questions I had and message her updates/what I was thinking/feeling about general wellness and she acted as a great voice of reason and guidance. 10/10. She helped me realize my goals and proved I could make it there! App is great too, good for learning to keep track of your weights, logging progress, and communicating!
