P	Peter Rychlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of yokels. Came in, asked for a simple teen burger with only ketchup and mayo (due to allergies), I get this order all the time never an issue. Well today, after four hours of driving, I pull into the gasoline alley location, and ask for the same. I went back to the car, find out it has cheese and bacon as well, no mayo and ketchup and mustard. Okay, we all mistakes I get that. I go back in, ask for a redo, and then they get done. I return to the car, lo and behold, wrong AGAIN. Mustard all over the thing. Glad I looked before biting it, otherwise I’d need an epipen! A simple teen burger with ketchup and mayo is not that complicated. Needless to say, I got upset, and came in again far less than impressed. Are your kitchen staff high at work? I’ve never had such a difficult and annoying waste of my time at an A&W. The people at Gasoline alley should be pros, with how busy that location is. Come on now.
M	Mike Zilkowsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the drive-thru at the A&W on the south end of Red Deer. We sat for 10 minutes waiting to order... then another 35 minutes to get fast food take out. There was literally 7 cars in front of us where we placed our order. As we pulled up to the window there was 3 workers just standing around in the drive through area.. instead of putting workers to help cook and prep they just let them stand there. When we called to manager, he literally said yeah we are behind and did not even offer any sort of compensation... even a voucher for a free coffee can smooth the waters... horrible visit... will not go back to this location.

D	Doug Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my nephew to have breakfast. It was really good. I had the Canadian and he had the regular breakfast. The eggs were done perfectly, all in all it was a very enjoyable meal and the coffee was pretty good too. Two thumbs up.
g	gray jolin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My burger was good. However my girlfriend asked the employee if everything was in the bag and he said annoyed and sarcastically "of course everything is in the bag". However when I opened the bag I had no fork for my poutine which was very disappointing. Here's an image for reference. Generally unappealing.you can see the bottom of the box even before I took a single fry.
K	Kelly Baumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location to grab breakfast at 9:00 am today and I just wanted to commend the poor girl working at the front counter. It was EXTREMELY busy and she was working by herself up front covering the drive through, front counter/till, and running food to people outside in their cars. Yes, it took a long time to get my food but she was working hard and was very efficient. I didn't catch her name but the girl deserves a raise, she was making the best of a stressful situation by working so hard when they were clearly under staffed. Great job!

Everything tasted fresh and the eggs weren’t the weird texture like at some other restaurants. Will stop by again if we ever need a quick breakfast in Red Deer.
