s	sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location only open for a few days, however already have spotted workers in the back making food without a mask or gloves on - until they see somebody walk in and quickly try to put it on. I work in the area and generally love me an a&w burger, but as expected considering this is a start up location, it needs some work. I would suggest workers not speak in their own personal language upon taking customers orders as it can make them feel extremely uncomfortable, especially where laughter is involved.

Usually I wouldn't care about encouraging false ratings, but this was after waiting about 25 minutes for two burgers. Let people leave genuine reviews, so as to help your establishment. Fix the things that need to be worked on.

When I got home I have a mama burger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Where is the cheese I paid for? I can’t even have the burger. There is mustard smothered all over. Thank you A & W you made my day.

Due to the temperature change, I started coughing and I didn’t have a mask since the restrictions have lifted. I felt really bad and started using my iPad to cover my face. There were 3 staffs working at the time. The male staff came to me asked me if a cup of water would help me. After that he’d even ask me maybe hot water would be better…My heart was touched and feeling he has done something beyond his work to show the care to the customers. If I could rate, I would rate this location 6 stars! COVID has changed you and me, but God bless these frontline people!

You would think they have a drive through out the back, but THEY DO NOT. They pre-make patties and pre-pour drinks so many hours in advance that your burger is dried out with a stale and your pop is flat and the average service time is 25 minutes on a slow day.

Staff were very courteous and my order was taken care of right away. No issues with accuracy and they confirmed with me on the drinks. I plan to visit again based on this positive experience as it appears that service has improved. Still enjoy good quality A&W burgers/breakfast. Thanks to this location for listening to my previous feedback and taking the time to work on improving the customer experience. Worth a visit now!
