The bathrooms are downstairs in the basement, and I had to basically crawl over the toilet when I opened the door in order to get into it. I know that has nothing to do with the food, but anyone with any mobility problems wouldn't be able to access the bathrooms.

I wanted to create my own burger, but the cashier was so patronizing that he essentially made me get the preselected topping signature burger at a premium. I was shocked to find that my soul burger was black, with literally only sauce, charged at a premium signature price. The fries are absolutely disgusting at this location. Oily, soggy, mush. My husband called and left a message on their machine days ago, and no response. UPDATE: still no response from Hero Burger. Don’t eat here if you value your money or health, I am shocked they are still open and that anyone has a good experience here. If their hands are not down their pants, they are sitting to the right of the restaurant on their phones.
I	Ian Brewster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Hero Burgers but this was a bad experience. The burgers were undercooked and as we're the fries. I am hoping this was a one time experience. I had three people with me every one of the burgers was undercooked. Again I hope this is a one time thing. I like to give benefit of the doubt.

I inquired about this because the lady walked away after handing me my cup, when I asked about it as I was getting my food she tried to give me my receipt and yelled at me. Not great vibes.
K	Kuini C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022-03-15, 4:40 pm: They do not honour their own policies of offering the meal for free if they do not give you your receipt at the time of paying. Well, I paid and was never given and receipt. When I inquired about it, the first woman said that they never have such policies, so I showed her their own sign that's on their monitor (see picture). The second woman who was the one who took my payment tried to 1) gaslight me to say that I didn't want the receipt and walked away, which isn't true because I never left the store and I was the only one at the store and still by the cash register, and I was there asking exactly about why I didn't get my receipt and I inquired about their own sign. 2) Refused to honour their own sign and made it sound like I was causing trouble when I was only inquiring if they would honour their own policy. I am not pleased by their lack of accountability and honoring of their own policies, and how they try to gaslight and put blame on the customer instead. I have a witness who was with me, and they were also very unimpressed and upset that the woman at the store lied instead of admitting her mistake. Awful service. Avoid avoid.
