A nice small place for delicious authentic ramen. It has its own charm not quite found in crowded ramen restaurants in Downtown Toronto. Price is on the bit of a high side especially if you go for "fully loaded" option (double toppings).

If you're in the East end and you love ramen, you're in luck! Kyouka is one of the best ramen spots in the city, and has been for a long time. Kyouka had been serving top notch ramen at unbeatable prices for ages. They know their ramen. Do yourself a favour and get in for a hot and delicious bowl, you won't regret it!

This is a pretty good ramen shop but also quite small and cramped. They have about six different kinds all of which are generally made in chicken broth. I ordered the kyouka ramen as was recommended by the waiter, I also opted for double the toppings. I noticed that there is actually very little noodle inside the bowl, there was quite a bit of vegetables and the paste that they had put on the top was quite refreshing. a few things that I didn't like included the fact that the eggs were ice-cold and the pork also seemed like it was cold for some reason. I would come back, however next time I'll probably try to get the shoyu ramen instead.

Ramen was amazing. Now I'm from Laval, Quebec and nowhere do you find a ramen place so authentic and good!! The staff is very friendly and polite! You also have the choice for spice and the amount of fat (in other words flavor) you get in your broth which is great for those who want to watch their intake. Strongly recommended, a must have!

Ordered the yuzu ramen, it wasn't very good. Too salty, the noodles were tasteless and the dish is 99% bamboo shots. Service wasn't friendly either, server was very sarcastic with me. I paid $20

We're pretty lucky to have Kyouka Ramen in the East end: fantastic broth, great ramen, and an owner and staff that care about the community in the same way they do about creating incredible ramen. Definitely a favorite go to for Ramen in Toronto and afar.

A small ramen place in the beaches. The ramen was tasty but a bit small portion for the price (probably toronto standerd).

Super friendly staff, and a unique house kelp broth with chewy thick noodles. The house broth is salty and surprisingly light but super savoury and flavorful. The pork topping with the dipping noodles is a bit on the dry side but otherwise soft and delicious. If you like thick squiggly noodles this is your spot. Also love the option for spicy and FIRE level on most of the bowls, haha. Bowl at the table in like 2 minutes too.
