★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty happy living here - modern suites, modern facilities, clean grounds, good staff and an Aisle24 in the basement.
The building maintenance is great, responsive, and the building is replacing common areas carpets. Most neighbours are good, a mix of long term tenants and turn over tenants but the noise levels are the best out of my 10 years as a renter in the city at different types of rentals (condo, house, walk up)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience living here. The apartment and building were clean and quiet. The new washers in the basement worked well, and I never had to wait to do laundry since they have so many. Also, the convenience store in the basement is really handy on the days that you don't want to go out! We moved out to move into a house, but happily would have stayed longer otherwise.

The difference it makes when the people who work in the building that you are making your home, take pride in it, is really felt! Everyone was very kind, communicative and the building has a real sense of community.
Never imagined I would be writing a review for a property management building, but I truly am impressed haha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place but very expensive. There is not TTC stop near the building. The roads are very busy and there is a luck of available spaces in the local schools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure how can I describe this building parking facility. This building does not have any guest parking not even you can park for 10 mins for any kind of emergency. Yes they have huge parking lot but its PAID, and that also needs to be paid upfront which means in case of any emergency and you are in rush and you did not pay upfront you will ended up with getting parking violation ticket.
Recently I parked my Car and paid upfront 2.50$ for 1 hour . I took 1hour and 5 mins to come back in parking lot, I found a guy standing next to my car and issuing a ticket as I was late for just 5 mins. When I said its a residential building and I have my kids so its obviously 5-10 mins can go up. Then that City guy said they have proper instruction from the building management and there is 0 tolerance for any sort of parking violation even if you are in emergency. Upon checking with the building management below is the reply I got -
"""""" I am sorry you received a ticket; however, this paid parking is no different than any other paid parking.
Therefore, this ticket cannot be cancelled because you went over on your time.
Its function is to do exactly that. """""".
Hence I will advise please think twice before you go for rent in this building.
