When I expressed my sense of urgency they were very accommodating and sent over an installer within a few hours. He called enroute to let me know his arrival time. He was very prompt and courteous. He did a thorough job and left my bathroom tidy and left me with a feeling of safety of a job well-done. I'd highly recommend this company. And their rates are very affordable.
