โ โ โ โ โ I was looking for a glass for the coffee table, found this store on the maps and drove there. There was no sign in the door that said by appointment only on to go online . When I went in she basically pushed me out like a thief and said I have to go online. I came home and checked online , it said to call or email for quote. Since I needed it urgent I called . Again she said email and hung up on me no please and thank you. What service, what attitude!

โ โ โ โ โ I had a broken mirror and I went there in person. Their customer service was really good and faster than I expected. I was supposed to get my order in 48 hours but it got ready in less than a day.
If you ever needed a customized glass or mirror don't hesitate to go there, you won't regret it.

โ โ โ โ โ Wow. This is a bad company and I absolutely cannot recommend. Called 2 times for a quote, was told to email them a drawing of dimension, which I promptly did. Each time during the call, I asked about different specifications available, pricing etc but the receptionist always said โI cannot tel you without more detailโ.
They never replied to my detailed email with drawings for a quote, even after I called to check on it. The people I talked to on the phone are very condescending, especially when I asked about the price and what design will be best for water proofing the shower.
Terrible experience overall and a waste of time!

โ โ โ โ โ Best experience for window replacement. After getting a few different quotes I went with Academy Glass they were the lowest I had a great experience I will have more windows to be replace and they will be by first choice.

โ โ โ โ โ I needed a glass panel replaced for our porch enclosure and Academy Glass was able to get the job done perfectly. They were very helpful over the telephone and asked me all the measurements. Once I went into the store the glass was cut and mounted in the frame in under 15 minutes. I can now enjoy the glass porch enclosure.
