★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Quality Glass Showers Inc. to install a glass shower enclosure for our master bathroom back in October 2019. The finish product was perfect as we recently renovated the bathroom and needed a custom sized shower enclosure. We went to home depot, the bath depot and other home improvement places but none of them we liked or would fit our design/size of the shower. Dean was a professional from start to finish. Answered any questions or concerns we had. The process of choosing the hardware finish was seamless as they had an iPad to show us different sample designs/finishes. Top quality work and attention to detail. I am very particular and inspected everything down to every corner and even how the silicon was applied and smoothed out. Overall the experience was great! I would highly recommend them! Our washroom enclosure looks beautiful and clean. We have since also hired them again to do a custom sized mirror for our vanity as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a custom shower door for my renevated shower which required two panels with noched off sections of glass. Quality glass tech was exceptional in problem solving the issues and installing the shower enclosure. He did not charge me for the extra work. They took six hours for installation. He kept the price as quoted. Timming of the project and the excecution was flowless. They are trustworthy, prompt, curtious and return your calls ASAP. I am planing my next project with thwem already. I took three estimates Quality gave me the best and the most reasonable price and there were no upsell items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall very happy with my new shower door. From measurements to install it took about 3 weeks. My only issue was the install. The install was booked from 2pm to 5pm however the installer didn’t show up until 630pm. That said the installers were great guys who worked efficiently to get things done in good time. The quality of the glass, hardware and installation is very high. Overall very happy and would (and have) recommend them to a friend.

October 18
No communication. Follow up email sent.
October 19
Told it will be another week due to mechanical issues
After multiple no-show appointments, they finally showed up to complete the job on Nov 3 and Nov 6. But still didn’t quite finish the job. The job is now “complete” but there are significant gaps along the edges that allow air to escape (which defeats the purpose of a steam shower enclosure).
On two occasions I reached out to the office to express my dissatisfaction and neither time did they even bother to address my concerns or acknowledge the email. Poor customer service to say the least.
