S	Sarah Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent here. Elevators barely work, yet they updated them to look pretty. We don't care if they are pretty, renters would like all three to work properly especially during the pandemic. Average elevator wait time can be up to 20 minutes. The fifteenth floor smelled of human decomposition for months and they did NOTHING for the longest time, even after the police released the apartment; property manager Mimoza told me to get therapy. Zero compensation, zero support and zero help from management. Packages get stolen, laundry gets stolen and sometimes I see a homeless guy sleeping on the bench inside by the elevators. As for there below response, I have already contacted you twice, once no response and the other said get therapy
A	AizatB65 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugs! My family live here long time, but recently things have been very bad. Things falling apart. Staff are rude to my family. The elevators are always broken. It is not safe or clean here. There is garbage everywhere all over the grass where the kids play. There is lots of theft too. There are bugs everywhere in the lobby, laundry room in our units. We are leaving soon. The office say they do things but they do not. I do not recommend ever renting here. I email them and no answer.
R	Rachel Vandenboom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only reason I am giving this place one star is because the super and maintenence staff are AMAZING! Front office staff is rude and not helpful. Constant issues with elevators and water shop off. No ventilation in washrooms
J	Jack Urwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's fine until you have to deal with the management office who have consistently been the rudest, least helpful people I've ever encountered. Just uncaring and incompetent every step of the way. Update: tried phoning the management office today during office hours to let them know none of the elevators were able to be called to the first floor. Took seven attempts before someone answered and when they did they hung up on me within five seconds. Can't wait for the rent to increase next month!
J	Joey Nicholson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved here 4 months ago. It’s incredibly noisy and now I have bed bugs. The pest control they use in this building doesn’t work. There is a huge crack in my bedroom wall. Whenever I email management they don’t read my emails properly. I haven’t slept in weeks because of the bugs and had to throw out my mattress and bedframe. Do not rent here.

Financial/Administrative: The management office will double charge your rent, lose important forms, and not apologize when they've messed up. They approach residents and question them whether they live here, and act extremely cold and rude when requests for assistance are made. Multiple tenants have complained to the landlord tenant board. Maintenance: Don't expect maintenance requests to be completed, and if they are expect waiting a very long time. Having plaster falling off your ceiling? Have a broken light switch that won't turn off? Is your stove turning off randomly? They will take literal months to address these requests! Elevators are awful. As other reviews have said, they made them look pretty but they are often non-functional. Overall Experience: I do NOT recommend living here. Very disappointing customer service experience overall.
N	NAMIT MOHAN BARMAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT consider this place! It is a really really bad place to live in. LOTS of construction work and noise most of the time. Also, some of the management is rude and do not keep proper records. Elevators go out of order all the time. They have not yet installed blinds in my apartment since 5 months and attribute the delay to covid very conveniently. Their rental office assistant, particularly a lady named Sherleen, is the worst person I have ever talked to and she has too much of an attitude Please avoid this place as there are much better apartments nearby. I cant move yet because of the lease.

She talks to you in a very disrespectful manner and moves like she hates her life. She purposely ignores your email and phone messages and request for help. When she finally responds she is totally useless and of ZERO help Please hire qualified people with a professional attitude, someone who can actually do their job. She has no idea what she is doing.
