★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to show room....these guys are asking way too much $$$ for these units compared to similar pre-construction. Who knows where interest rates will be in 4 years? Or price of properties / condos, developer is hedging the price at least 4 years out in my opinion.
These are Private Investors not developer in building condos. This may be good but most investors want high rate of return and may compromise your unit's quality / workmanship.
